    By Chris (admin) on November 18th, 2009 | 4 Comments4 Comments Comments

I know that there are so many products out there on the web that seem to promise you the world when it comes to your divorce and child custody battles. Unfortunately, many of these product/downloads/services don’t always deliver or they are full of divorce advice and information that you can find for free all over the internet on websites just like this one. So at the request of several visitors to The Mens Divorce Headquarters, I am going to attempt to give my most unbiased opinion on whether these divorce products are really worth the money. This post will be constantly updated as I buy and review the many divorce products that are out there. And if you have a particular request, do not hesitate to request a review. I will get to all the requests as soon as I can.

Not only will you show your divorce attorney that you are not a push-over, but you can save a little bit of money by not having them “dumb-down” everything they talk about.

A contested divorce is easily the most stressful and most expensive route to take. But there are such situations where you will have no other options. Your wife may make demands that not only affect you and your livelihood, but could negatively alter your relationship with your kids. Situations like these are unacceptable, and that is when you need to suck it up and fight back!

  • An Uncontested Divorce

Very few people actually get to experience the “joy” of an uncontested divorce. The transition between married and divorced life is much smoother, and it has a much lower impact on your finances. Unfortunately, an uncontested divorce is difficult to come by especially if you have been married for a long period of time and if there are substantial assets and children involved.
